Dr. Sachin Sheth

Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Dr. Sheth graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, having completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Business Information Systems.

Dr. Sheth went on to work for MicroStrategy in Washington, D.C., before directing his focus to the medical field. He studied medicine and earned his M.D. at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, where he completed an internship in internal medicine.

After his internship, Dr. Sheth completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology and a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the prestigious Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, NY.

Dr. Sheth received the honor of sitting on the Boston University School of Medicine Admissions Committee.

In addition to providing exceptional, innovative care to his patients, Dr. Sheth has conducted research in endovascular repair, stroke, and thoracic surgery and published several papers on topics related to Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology.

Dr. Sheth has extensive experience in performing uterine fibroid embolization (UFE), an innovative, minimally invasive procedure that provides relief from fibroid symptoms.

In his free time, Dr. Sheth enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing a variety of hobbies, including snowboarding, kitesurfing, biking and cheering for his favorite sports teams, the UNC Tar Heels, the Atlanta Braves, and the Atlanta Falcons.
